• Is your agency located within a community near a Griswold Home Care office? "Community" is typically 21 to 24 miles or less. THERE ARE OVER 200+ Griswold Home Care offices throughout the United States
  • Are you providing services that support low income elderly and or disabled individuals to "age in place"? 
  • Is your request between $500 to $2,000?

The Request for Proposals officially ended at 5:00 P.M., EST, October 17, 2016. We thank all of you for sending in applications and corresponding paperwork. 2017 grants were funded starting January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017.


The Process:
We review applications over a three to four week period. There are three levels to the process, ensuring a thorough review of all qualified applicants (if your organization does not meet our stated guidelines, you will not proceed in the review process).
Example: An Organization awarded a 2018 grant will be notified by mid December 2017. For those agencies who are not awarded, an email will go out mid to late December 2017.

Apply for a Grant

​​Where there is potential for funding, the Foundation may advise the organization on subsequent steps in the consideration process. These steps may entail a site visit as part of staff due diligence, a meeting/presentation to Foundation, and the submission of additional information.
